Bottom End Cottage Provisional Booking Form

Booking the Cottage: This is a provisional booking only. You will be notified by the owners whether or not the dates you have requested are available, and if so, you will need to send a 50% deposit to secure your booking (bookings can only be held for you for 7 days pending receipt of payment). The balance is payable not less than 42 days before your holiday. If you are making a booking within 42 days of your start date you will need to pay the whole amount. Immediately the deposit has been received, your booking will be confirmed by fax, mail, or e-mail whichever is appropriate, and will be subject to the booking terms and conditions of Bottom End Cottage.
